The four remaining members of
the Enterprise group( Julia Roach, Debi Keable, Joan Heron and Adam Wilson)
were fortunate enough to have their work selected for the Ferens’ Winter
Exhibition. Every member of the group is slowly accumulating a body of work and
is becoming proactive in exhibiting. As can be seen from these photographs
taken at the preview last night our work is very varied addressing quite
different disciplines. However from the point of view of ideas we definitely
influence one another in our practice.
This is what makes sharing a studio space so
satisfying, that interaction of ideas and knowledge.
Hopefully this may continue as although the
dynamics of the studio has changed with the arrival of a number of M. A.
Students, once the logistics of this were addressed the new presence in the
studio has only enhanced a creative and professional atmosphere.
